Much has changed in the past ten years in the RGV. Gone are the days when you’d visit the same go-to bar weekend after weekend looking at the same old faces and drinking the same sad domestic beer. Within these past few years, the mixologist, cocktail artist and foodie have become popular in the Valley – with good reason. Living close to the border means having one of the most exotic blends of food and drinks in the country.
With an attractive new selection of bars, restaurants, pubs and lounges to choose from, why stay home? Remember, this review is not for the homebody because we’re here to educate you about the eight best happy hour specials the Upper Valley has to offer.
